Baludera Beach

Baludera Beach is less crowded and one of the cleanest beach of Baratang Island. The water is warm, clean, and ideal for casual swimming knowledge. 9km from the Nilambur jetty, this quiet beach is unseen from the crowd. Once you are here you will see a beautiful curled sand bay tangled with mangrove trees on one side and fall over old trees on the other. Most of the times you’ll have the beach all by yourself as few tourists end up here and the locals come only on weekends to have picnics. There are inadequate facilities and one small shop at the bus stand.

Merk Bay Beach  

The Merk Bay beach lies in the North Passage Island, one of the uninhabited islands in Andaman, which is near Straight Island, Guitar Island and Long Island. The white sand of the Merk Bay beach interestingly with the blue water makes a perfect day out setting. Tourists travel by boats from Long Island, the ride takes one hour to reach Merk Bay shoreline. The boat ride is charming in light of the fact that tourists go through huge springs. How to Reach 

To reach Andaman island there are two ways, by air or by sea

By air

There are direct flights to Port Blair from Mumbai, Kolkata Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai every day and flights from Visakhapatnam on some days.

By Sea

The sea route is from Vizag,  Chennai,  & Kolkata. There is 3-4 ship sail every month.  The ship takes about 60-70 hours to reach.
